We offer free shipping on all orders placed on bestella.com.tr. Orders placed in weekdays will be shipped within 3 days. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship out the following Monday (excluding holidays).
Once placing an order with us, you will receive an order confirmation via email and second email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please review the order confirmation and contact us if you see any errors.
Standard shipping is via MNG Kargo or DHL within the Turkey. International ship-ments are via FEDEX or UPS. Note, First Class International packages will not have tracking. If you do not receive a second email, either access your bestella.com.tr online account or email us at [email protected] to receive your tracking number. Please allow at least 5 days for custom pieces to ship before getting in touch.
Be aware that we cannot deliver to post office boxes. In case of partial shipments, shipping costs will be charged only once.
You can always check the status of your order by clicking on My Account in the navigation bar. If you would like to change/cancel your order, please contact our customer service as soon as
possible. If your order hasn’t been dispatched, we are in most cases able to help you.
Every so often mistakes do happen, but we do our best to fix them and correct any issues you may have. If you have noticed that we have made a mistake with your order, please contact us on or email us and we will look into it. Please include your order reference at all times when e-mailing customer services.
Returns & Exchanges
If you're unhappy with your order for any reason and would like to return your order we'd be happy to offer a refund, exchange or credit note of the same value within 3 days of purchase.
Claims concerning possible returns or refunds of goods must be unworn, unwashed merchandise,
with all labels intact. If you'd like to make a return please email us at [email protected] and let us know what isn't right along with your order number, and we will arrange the rest. In order to help us process your return, please include a completed returns document with your return.
Bestella reserves the right to refuse service, credit and exchanges to anyone who, in our opinion makes excessive or arbitrary returns and exchanges. Refunds will be issued within 7 days of receipt of returned merchandise and may take an additional 5-7 days to appear on your account.
No refunds will be issued for sale items and have been personalized with bespoke embroidery or monogrammed.
We suggest goods be sent back to us using a registered/trackable service, as we cannot be held responsible for goods which are lost or damaged in transit. Please note, we do not refund ship-ping costs/duties and taxes incurred. Nor do we cover the charge for returns/exchanges to be sent back to us, with the exception of goods that are faulty.
Please note, returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when deliv-ered. We take every effort to check your purchase thoroughly for any faults before dispatching. All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt and any items deemed to be subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. Similarly, we cannot accept responsibility for garments that have been damaged during washing if our wash instructions have not been fol-lowed. We will replace a faulty item if a replacement is in stock and available. If you wish to be sent a replacement, please make your request clear when contacting us about the fault.
If we cannot offer you a replacement, you will have the choice of receiving a credit note or a refund to your card to the value of the item at the time of purchase and any shipping costs in-curred at the time of sale.
Please note that we are not able to refund or exchange personalized items. All sales of items that have been personalized with bespoke embroidery or monogrammed are final. Unless the item is faulty, no exchange, credit note or refund will be offered and the conditions set out above will not apply.
